Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue.
Laura and Micheal’s day was a true fairy tale, literally. I found out Laura’s love for Disney, when we had our super cute skating engagement session this winter (you can check it out here). Like a lot of women these days, myself included, Laura grew up loving everything Disney. I was super excited when I arrived at their wedding and got a glimpse of the Al Azhar Shrine Center all decorated for their reception and saw little hints of Disney everywhere while photographing all the details of their special day.
The day started off with beautiful sunshine, but once the ceremony ended, the dark clouds rolled in fast! We were a little worried about rain, but the clouds did make for some cool photographs. We didn’t have a whole lot of time for portraits, so we just headed down the road toward Baker Park where we would have some tree cover just in case lol .. and it was a good thing we did because shortly after we arrived it just down poured!
They say rain is good luck on the wedding day right? Well Laura and Michael will have good luck for the rest of their lives with how much rain came down lol
